When the guard is glued in place, you can touch up the thread with silver or grey paint to make it match the trouble light reflector. When everything is dry, fit the lead wires from the led to the 9 volt battery cap, or wire them into the transformer you use for lighting your model garage. Remember that LED's have polarity. If the light doesn't work the first time you fit the wires, change the order of wires to battery posts.

You should now be able to safely hang or set your miniature trouble light where it will draw attention to a detail on a model or die cast car.
