You can make the cover and hook for the front of the trouble light from fine wire or thread. Cut the longest piece for the centre hook section, or glue a small hook shaped piece of wire to the end of a piece of thread. Set two threads or wires, one on either side of the hook section, then apply glue to two short lengths which you will place across the other three wires or threads.

Set this group of five wires (three up and two across) on top of a bead or a rounded pen barrel to shape as the glue dries. When the glue has dried, fit the slightly rounded wire/thread assembly to the front face of the trouble light reflector.

Trim the threads to the correct length to fit against the reflector, then glue the outer edges of the threads/wires to the outer edges of the reflector, making sure you don't glue the LED light. Place the hook end so it is on the top of the light with the hook facing the front of the light. Set aside to dry.
