Above you can see a single ribbon bow with no finished center,only wire, a multiple loop bow with only the wire, and a finished bow with a ribbon loop covering the wire.
If you will be inserting the bow into a flower arrangement, or onto a wreath, don't cover the wire with ribbon as that will make the bow too firm. If you need to you can add a ribbon loop afterwards to cover any ribbon that shows.
Trim the ends of the ribbon for the bow, and attach the ribbon bow to the miniature or package using the ends of the wire.
