This technique works for any size or scale of needlefelted rabbit, just use finer fibers or silk roving for the tiny versions. The one shown here in 1:12 dollhouse scale is made from regular wool roving in a natural brown.

This technique for making opening paper mache boxes lets you make them in many shapes, including Easter eggs. The technique uses torn tissue and pva glue, so the boxes are quite strong and quick to make. This is a good project for children, provided you have an area which can be easily cleaned up!

7. Make "Marshmallow" Easter Treats

Some materials lend themselves to particular types of miniatures. Delight TM air dry clay shrinks slightly as it dries and has a surface and texture that lends itself to mimicing marshmallow and bread textures in miniature. It is also easy to custom color with watercolor paints mixed into the clay. All of these properties make it a great choice for modelling miniature marshmallow treats which resemble popular "Peeps" candies.

8. Make Tiny Easter "Cupcakes" from Polymer Clay

These tiny cupcakes are great decorations for a range of traditional miniature scenes but also work well used to decorate an Easter tree or used as beads for Easter jewellery. Decorate them with bunnies or chicks, or add some of the tiny chocolate easter eggs, or the marshmallow treats for decorations.

Tiny Easter lilies are easy to make from regular paper and a bit of wire. Easter lilies have flowers with petals that roll back, and all the flowers and buds are the top of the plant. You can use the lilies for arrangements or plant one lily to a pot as shown.
