Glue the Roof Peaks and the Building Base to the Church

To finish the church, fold the roof peaks in half at the point, and cover the top edges of the triangle with glue. Fit the roof carefully over the peaks, pressing it in place against the main roof. Make sure you do not press the main roof behind the central front section. Set the building aside to dry.

When the building is dry, add some glue to the base tabs and glue the building to a reasonably heavy base. I used squares of chipboard for the based for my buildings. Cardboard or thin wood are other good possibilities.

When you glue the tabs in place on the base, make sure you use the tabs to square the building and the towers to each other and to the base. Set aside to dry. If you wish, the church, like the other buildings in this series, can have the printed windows replaced with traditional cellophane windows. If you want to do this you will need to trim the areas of the windows out and apply the cellophane before you begin to assemble the building.
