The miniature dolls house pot for this project is made of wood, but it will be painted to resemble terracotta.
Use a toothpick to hold the pot, and give it two coats of acrylic paint in a terracotta colour. Paint the inside and outside of the pot so that the wood is protected from moisture and drying. Set the toothpick in a piece of styrofoam, or a bit of play clay to hold the pot while it dries.
