Light molding past gives acrylic paint a very fine flat, lightweight matte texture which can be built up into stiff shapes.

Light Molding Paste Alone and with Acrylic Paint Added
Light molding paste dries white without the addition of paint and remains fairly flexible, rather like caulk. This produces a very accurate stucco finish for miniature scale buildings and dollhouses when mixed with paints, and it can be molded applying it through stencils as a stucco finish to dollhouse ceilings or house fronts in decorative patterns for pargetting (decorative plaster work).
