Setting Up the Mini Waterfall Chandelier Layers

Inner and outer bead strings for a mini chandelier attached through a hole on a filigree bead cap.

Lay the short section of beads on the top side of the filigree bead cap, and push the wires through one of the holes. On the underside of the bead cap, add the inner section of beads.

Creating the Waterfall Layers on the Mini Chandelier

To make at least two layers on your chandelier, start the outer layer with a crystal or small bead held on by a loop, then add on a longer bugle bead.

Pass the remainder of the wire through one of the outer holes on the filligree bead cap, going down from the outer rounded side, to the inner, concave side.

To make the longer waterfall layer on the inside of the chandelier, put some smaller beads on the wire adjacent to the bead cap, until you match a length at least half of the first outer layer you put on. Then add your longest straight bead, and a small bead for the end of the waterfall layer. Cap this off with a small bugle bead as described in the previous step.

This will create a two layer waterfall. If you want more layers, you can hook, or loop longer bead strings into inner sections of the holes in your filligree cap.
