Form the Miniature Twig Seat

Form the Seat Form a square out of 1 1/4 inch pieces of wood which have the same diameter as the pieces with a y joint that you will use for the legs and back. Glue the corners together and set the frame aside to dry. When it is dry, cut thinner sections of twigs to fit in between the sides to make the chair seat. Glue these in place and set the seat aside to dry.

If you prefer, you can make a scale seat using the same technique as was used to make the rustic table top. Use a base 1 1/4 inches square to form the chair seat if you use this method.
