Using the supplied parts diagrams in your choice of scale, cut out a full set of parts from card, bookboard, or craft wood. Cut a section of fine dowel, a kitchen skewer or a toothpick for the handle. For 1:24 and 1:4 scales you can use a piece of wire for the handle.
Sand all the edges of the sides of the duck smooth. Sand the edges of the seat square so they will fit flush against the sides of the duck.
If you are making the parts from card, you can glue the printable to the card and cut that out directly. When finished the card parts with the printable attached will need to be sprayed with clear coat to stabilize your printer inks.
