Definition:
Modified - Modified collectible items have been changed through work done to them by someone other than the original producer. They may have been painted, assembled differently from the original (in case of model cars or slot cars and dollhouses pieces), changed by recarving or retooling (gaming miniatures) or may be amalgams of many different miniatures assembled together.
Collectible miniatures which have been modified should come with a COA or Certificate of Authenticity attesting to who performed the modifications.
