Finish The Exposed Plywood Edges
Finish the exposed edges of the plywood dolls house case and shelves with matching iron on veneer. Measure strips of veneer tape slightly longer than you need and iron them firmly in place with a hot iron. Allow the glue to cool and set.
Trim the Veneer When the glue has set, use a sharp craft knife or box knife, or a special edging tool, to trim the wood veneer carefully back to the edges of the case and shelf. Use a sanding block to smooth the edges after you have trimmed them.
