When you have your sheet of paper covered with as many fiber batts as you wish, take the paper and fibers to a well ventilated area and spray the matts of fiber lightly with spray mount glue or spray artist's adhesive. You can also use a fine mist of diluted pva glue in a pump spray bottle. Do not spray too close to the fibers or you will either blow them off the paper, or coat them too thickly with glue!.
Allow the glue to dry slightly
If you will be using the fibers for angel hair on miniature Christmas decorations or for spun sugar on dolls house scale foods, use tweezers to gently tease sections away from your mat and apply them to your food as decoration.
If you are making cotton candy, proceed to the next step.
