Simple slippers made from a one piece fabric or leather upper are a basis for many dollhouse miniature and fashion or play scale doll shoes. These slippers are removable and can be made to fit a particular miniature doll, or designed on a basic foot shape for sets of slippers and shoes for shops.
The slippers are fairly easy to make, and can be made from fine fabrics or thin glove leather. For a beginner, it is easiest to make the slippers if you have a doll foot to shape them over. If you don't have a doll, make a simple doll foot from polymer clay to serve as a 'last' for your miniature shoes and slippers.
