The containers in this set of printables are designed to look like their full sized counterparts which are made of metal. You can further this illusion by gently embossing the lines on the containers to make them resemble the indented lines on their metal counterparts. You can also use a sharp needle or pin to create small holes in the containers similar to the designs found in decorative punched metal.
If your paper will emboss from the front (some photo papers are difficult to emboss without removing the top color) emboss the lines along the front of the paper by placing the paper cut out on a clean eraser or a mouse pad or piece of craft foam. If embossing the front of a piece of photo paper removes some of the design, you can make gentle register markings from the front side, then turn the paper over and use your embossing tool on the back of the paper, using the register marks as guides for where the embossed lines should be.
