Test fit the apron on your doll. If the neck tie is too loose, cut one end free and adjust it to fit, then reglue the end into the turned over seam on the neck of the apron. If the apron is too long, trim the base of the apron and redo the 1/8 inch hem (if the apron is fabric) or trim the apron to fit if it is paper.
