This miniature pumpkin cross stitch or needlepoint project produces a design 65 stitches wide by 56 stitches tall. To create a dollhouse miniature suitable for framing or a pillow in 1:6 doll's house scale it is suggested that the pattern be worked using double thread embroidery floss over 32 thread count Lugana fabric for needlepoint, or single thread over the same fabric for cross stitch. This will produce a finished piece approximately 2 inches square.
This also makes a good design for a holiday hand towel or Tea Towel.
To make a smaller design for a 1:12 scale cushion or wall hanging, use one of the single pumpkin or Jack O Lantern Designs.
