Photo copyright 2008 Lesley Shepherd, Licensed to About.com Inc.When your ribbons and fabric are tacked to the backing through the holes you drilled, flip your project onto its front and pull the top edge of the fabric over the backing. Glue it in place along the center but keep the corners free.
Glue the top of the fabric in place and leave it to dry, then pull the bottom edge tight and glue it to the backing.
