Facilities at the NEC for Miniatura include several cash machines, a coat and parcel checking service, a box office for pickup of tickets, as well as toilets and restaurant facilities.
Travel to the facility is easy via the rail line between Birmingham and Coventry, with a free shuttle service to the show entrance, which saves the ten minute walk from the train station via the overhead passages. There is good parking and free tickets for parking are given out as patrons leave the show. Restaurants are available both inside and outside of the actual show hall, and a seating area has been set aside both inside and outside the show hall for those who prefer to pack their own lunch.
Saturday is the first day of the show and the queue begins early for those who have specific vendors they want to visit. A comprehensive show brochure with a map and list of exhibitors is available onsite before the show starts.
