Begin by coating your green paper on both sides with a coat of gloss acrylic varnish. You don't need a heavy coat, mistletoe leaves are leathery, not really shiny. Set the paper aside to dry. While it is drying you can go on to make the balls in the next step

When the paper is dry, use the daisy punch to cut out small daisies. You will need up to nine or ten for each kissing ball.

Take each of the daisies and using sharp scissors cut into the center of the daisy between the petals. These cuts should make a point that lines up with the sides of each petal. Cut all the daisies into separate petals and place them where they won't fly away.
