"I have occasionally tried to make a bear that is to be a chap and have created 3 obvious ladies before I got a bear that was obviously a male, as I am always short of bears this is never a problem. A lot of my customers are fascinated by the expressions that my bears have and I have found that these are often a reflection of my own moods, collectors who have known me for some years have said they can tell I was in a good mood or a bit down in the dumps when a particular bear was made." She creates some beginners bear kits as well, and is always pleased to see the range of personalities other people create from the kits. It isn't surprising to see keen collectors discussing the characters of her bears at shows.
