Every Artisan has individual challanges in their field.

For Josephine, the most challenging aspect of her work is finding suitable fabrics. Working in very small sizes means finding quality fabrics that aren't too thick or too heavy, with the correct colors and patterns is difficult. "As I only use small amounts of each fabric I need a constant supply of small amounts of different colors etc. I also need small buckles, ribbons etc. as well." …"What keeps me going is my own inner perfectionist. Trying to constantly make my Bears more realistic, better quality, more amusing. I want to make items that will be loved for years and to be remembered for being a true artisan in my field."
