The project for the Eleventh Day of Christmas is this Miniature Phalaenopsis Orchid. This is probably an 'intermediate' project as it is a bit fiddly, but if you want orchids, it is something a beginner can do with a bit of patience. This project came about as a result of a request for "Those pink orchids you see in big box stores". I hope these are the right ones!
I used a daisy paper punch to simplify shaping the flower petals for the orchids. Other plants you can make with the same punch and instructions on this site include:
