The project for the Seventh Day of Christmas is to make miniature chocolate curls and ruffles from polymer clay. The ruffles and curls can be used for many miniatures including this spectacular (and very easy) "chocolate torte".
The ruffles have been gilded on this cake, to make it suitable for a New Year's Eve Party. Experiment with the curls and ruffles to make spectacular cakes for your miniature bakery or pastry shop.
