Here's ship number 3 in the walnut shell navy. The Mayflower, like the other ships in the series, the Santa Maria and the William, is easy to make with printable sails. All you need are toothpicks, the printable sail sheet, glue, scissors and a walnut shell. For those who don't have walnut shells handy, try using the sails with a simple origami boat. One made from a 3 in. x 4 in. rectangle should do.
Make them as placecards for Thanksgiving by writing names on the sails, or make them to add to a Christmas tree or mobile as clever decorations. If you use them in your bath, I won't tell!
