I'm not sure which purchase should come first, the house or the car in 1:12 scale? These 1:12 scale diecast cars and a couple of Vespa scooters are some of the few available for those of you who have asked for vehicles to park beside your houses.
You would think the list would be much larger, including a Corvette or two, but in this scale, the majority of cars are exotic (and expensive) race cars, rather than models that you might find parked beside a family home. Let me know if you know of others to add to the list. I may start a list of 1:12 model cars as well to enlarge your choice of car types.
