PanPastels Artist's Chalk Pastels

Thursday October 30, 2008

I hate the feel of chalk on my fingers. I use it for weathering models and adding special textures and color to miniature projects, but I have never enjoyed using it until I tried PanPastels. This new range of artist's pastels have a very fine, smooth texture that makes them much easier to apply to the irregular surfaces of miniatures. Model horse enthusiasts who use pastels to create detailed horse coats will love these!

Packaged in clear, stackable cases, PanPastels are easy to transport and store. The range of colors is wonderful and the pastels can be applied easily in thin or complete covering layers, allowing you to get that miniature pie or loaf brown in just the right places. They are also great for mixing up custom layers of dirt or mud on trains or vehicle models. Best of all, no chalky feel or dust!
